数据库简介：美国会计学会（American Accounting Association，简称AAA ）是美国最大的会计组织，其前身是1961年成立的美国大学会计教师联合会（AAUIA）,1963年改为现名。学会由对会计教育和会计研究感兴趣的人士自愿组成，其中主要是会计学教授，但也接纳注册会计师和企业会计师参加。学会的主要宗旨是促进会计理论研究和改进会计教育工作，提高会计教育、研究及实务方面的水平。
